Scones med havssalt
God morgon!
Idag gjorde jag och Max en kalasfrukost med nybakade scones och havregrynsgröt. Så gott, så mysigt, så bra. Sconesen blev supergoda, jag bakade dom med mjölkfritt margarin och det gick kanon! Ni ska självklart få receptet:
Veganska scones med havssalt:
•2 dl vetemjöl
•1,5 dl havregryn
•1 tsk bakpulver
•ca 40g mjölkfritt margarin
•1 dl sojamjölk
•2 nypor havssalt
Sätt ugnen på 225 grader. Blanda alla torra ingredienser ingen bunke, finfördela sedan margarinet med händerna med mjölblandningen och tillsätt till sist mjölken. Gör 4 bullar och lägg på ett bakplåtspapper på en plåt. Grädda ca 15 min. OBS håll koll, alla ugnar är olika!
